Response times

Most messages get a reply within 2–3 business days. Order issues and made-to-order questions are prioritised. If you have not heard back in a week, send a follow-up — messages do occasionally get buried.

Best use of the form

Order questions — include the order number from your confirmation email so it can be looked up quickly.
Project or collaboration enquiries — a sentence on the idea, the rough timeline and whether there is a budget in mind.
Product requests — if you want something printed in a different colour or size, say so and include approximate dimensions.
Corrections and feedback on a post — always welcome, especially if a build write-up was wrong.

Please don't send

Marketing, SEO or link-building pitches — these are ignored.
Anything urgent or life-critical — a small workshop cannot promise same-day replies.
